A good horseman shares the ‘power’ with the horse.

3. They don’t shy away from change. …

A good horseman is afraid to change things up when something isn’t ‘working’.

4. They don’t focus on things they can’t control. …

Good horsemanship just simply isn’t anything about control.

5. They don’t worry about pleasing everyone. …

A good horseman worries only about pleasing his horse.

6. They don’t fear taking calculated risks. …

A good horseman encourages his horse to take what may seem like a ‘risk’ and helps him through the scary spots.

7. They don’t dwell on the past. …
