Each horse is an individual just as each human is also an individual. The have their own personalities, behaviors and attitudes. In working with horses, their open and honest interactions with us culture our own sensitivities with regard to how we affect others and how others receive us. Learning to communicate in a clear and honest way with these awesome animals provides valuable and positive information about our Leadership styles in a challenging yet most insightful environment.

HOW does this work?

The exercises in the workshops are executed from the ground with no riding skills required. Immediate feedback is given by the horses as to our communication skills, our attitudes and our body language - all vital components to excellence in Leadership and Teamwork within a professional realm.

The exercises provide the capacity for gaining trust, establishing goals and achieving those goals through creative outlets and encouraging flexibility and the ability to sense self and others.

Arrange, today, for a LEADERSHIP & TEAMWORK day for your team. Workshops are held in Charlton, MA in a facility that is home to 10 gentle, wise horses. The exercises are held in a 100' X 200' indoor arena sporting a 100' climate controlled classroom and observation lounge. The lounge is fitted with all amenities including refridgerator and microwave with a sophisticated sound-system complimenting the facility.

1/2 day or full day sessions can be arranged and are tailored to meet your team's individual needs.
